No. The $300 standard package applies to applicants who actually need a paid e‑Visa. Ghana's entry routes include visa-free, ETA and e‑Visa categories. Check your nationality and passport type through the official portal before paying us.
Our published standard total is $300 per eligible traveller; Priority is $388 and Express $492 per traveller. Organizers benefit from coordinated checklists and one contact person, but every traveller requires individual review and government processing. Any custom group arrangement must be confirmed in writing before payment.
No. It is the separate DAGh service charge for standard filing, document review and assistance with an appropriate invitation letter where applicable. Government standard fee is $260. The $50 DAGh fee applies to Priority or Express handling.
We can help prepare or coordinate a legitimate letter from your real Ghana-based business host, together with the signatory ID and required company documents. A business visa requires supporting evidence from the genuine host company; a generic letter cannot replace it.
No. Five hours is the official portal's published Express processing target. Timing may change because of verification, missing documents, government requests or system conditions. We cannot guarantee approval or a specific travel date.
The official guide currently describes single-entry e‑Visas valid for entry for 90 days from issue. An immigration officer decides your permitted stay on arrival, up to 60 days. A valid Yellow Fever vaccination certificate is required for entry.
Requests for Information (RFIs) appear in the government dashboard. The current response window is three days; government processing pauses while an RFI is outstanding. We will help you understand and respond through the required official route.
Government fees are generally non-refundable under their terms, and DAGh service-fee refunds depend on the stage of work. Your published service terms and refund policy should be reviewed and accepted before you pay. A payment does not guarantee issuance or admission at the border.
